WORKING PRINCIPLES

• In aiming its objectives, the Java Ixora Denosindo adopt and apply common economic and fair trade principles;

• Business development is carried out by inviting and involving as much as small producers participation;

• Business development strategy is based on the obstacles, potency, and the needs of the partners (small producers);

• Building cooperation with any parties that have the same idea and support the mission of Java Ixora Denosindo.

DEVELOPMENT ROLES

• Motivator

To stimulate the growing up of the small handicraft business, entrepreneurship empowerment, and business development with respect to fair trade principles, environment sustainability, and gender equality.

• Facilitator

To facilitate activities that aimed to increase and enhance the human resource and business development.

• Mediator 

To bridge and mediate the works that can not be done by the partners (small producers) directly or indirectly such as communicating and negotiating with overseas buyers, export marketing, business dealing that requires formal and legal status (mainly with mainstream market).


PARTNERSHIP
Java Ixora Denosindo is open for partnership with any parties that have the same interest and vision.


SUBSIDIARY BUSINESS UNIT
Java Ixora Denosindo was establihed a subsidiary business unit that focus on producing craft & interior product. It’s called “DenoCraft”. It’s funded from Java Ixora Denosindo profit. The first goal was provide job opportunity to young poeple that has social problem (jobless, alcohol and drug). We prepared production tools, production workshop and production training for about 3-6 months. They assisted by experienced producers that we hired to accompany them day to day production. We start the activities by producing some product samples for export purpose.

During that time, we found another opportunity in local market. Then we decided to expand the workshop production and try to get as much as possible local buyers. Right now “DenoCraft” is supplying it products to Jogjakarta, Purwokerto, Jepara, Bali and Lampung area.

We hope by focus on producing natural and re-cycled product, we could enlarge the market access, local and overseas market.
