JAVA IXORA DENOSINDO PRICE
For exporting purpose, we quoted in US dollars FOB. The smallest container available for sea freight is 3 cubic meters. The prices that indicated on the catalogue are flexible, which is based on the total order value, total items and packing-labeling specification required in 1 Purchase Order.

ORDER SIZE
Minimum order is US $ 2,500.00 FOB. An unlimited number of samples maybe requested (SAMPLES ARE NOT FREE). They can be dispatched by air parcel post or by air cargo for larger quantities. We will process the order when we receive the Purchase Order written officially. We avoid receiving order by phone, direct communication or sms from hand phone.

COMFIRMATION OF ORDERS
After receive the Purchase Order officially, it is important for us to confirm it as quickly as possible. Our pro-forma invoice gives delivery time, the value of the goods being exported and required pre-payment. A copy of the pro-forma invoice must be returned to Java Ixora Denosindo after being signed by the importer. WE WILL PROCESS THE ORDER AFTER RECEIPT THE PRE-PAYMENT.

DELIVERY TIME
It depend on the production capacity of the producer group concerned, however as average, it will take about 1 -4 months (Leave Indonesia) after receipt the required pre-payment.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
The Bank transfer is made through an international bank with a branch in Jogjakarta. We advise our customers not to pay by bank draft. Advance payment of 50 % of the order value is required, with final settlement upon delivery. The bank transfer fee would be excluded. It would be buyer responsibility to handle it.

To bridge and mediate the works that can not be done by the partners (small producers) directly or indirectly such as communicating and negotiating with overseas buyers, export marketing, business dealing that requires formal and legal status (mainly with mainstream market).

SUBSIDIARY BUSINESS UNIT
Java Ixora Denosindo was establihed a subsidiary business unit that focus on producing craft & interior product. It’s called “DenoCraft”. It’s funded from Java Ixora Denosindo profit. The first goal was provide job opportunity to young poeple that has social problem (jobless, alcohol and drug). We prepared production tools, production workshop and production training for about 3-6 months. They assisted by experienced producers that we hired to accompany them day to day production. We start the activities by producing some product samples for export purpose.

During that time, we found another opportunity in local market. Then we decided to expand the workshop production and try to get as much as possible local buyers. Right now “DenoCraft” is supplying it products to Jogjakarta, Purwokerto, Jepara, Bali and Lampung area.

We hope by focus on producing natural and re-cycled product, we could enlarge the market access, local and overseas market. Java Ixora Denosindo is a mid - size company, that emphasize its main activities in craft & furniture business. Java Ixora Denosindo is owned collectively by management team. With 7 years of experience in product making and marketing, it is now expanding its selling area to overseas. In running its daily business and other day-to-day activities, Java Ixora Denosindo applies common economic principles and based on fair trade principles. Right now Java Ixora Denosindo is member of WFTO–Asia. In general, Java Ixora Denosindo designs, produces, and markets its own product. However, it also engages small producers in handling orders from buyer, especially when the quantity is beyond Java Ixora Denosindo capacity. Strict quality control and inspection is applied on each any product item before passing the QC department. Ecology and social issues are taken into account in Java Ixora Denosindo. Therefore, Java Ixora Denosindo also invites and motivates the small producers to take part in its business by marketing their product through Java Ixora Denosindo. Discussion and sharing on design, quality, business practices and ethics are held at regular base. 

VISION 

Establish a business institution that owned by management team. Its focus on providing market access (craft & furniture) to small producers and creatively finding other opportunities to provide more jobs for young generation as part of community development responsibility, especially young generation with limited access due to un-fair economic situation and social problems.
